Since a very early age, Jens Pederson knew that nature + movement is what makes him happy. Movement is medicine. Nature helps a distracted, stressed out person relax and let go. Once he found stand up paddle boarding his life changed forever. Now he's bringing the stoke to a city near you . The best thing about stand up paddle boarding is EVERYONE can do it !
